Location: Green Springs Volusia County Park, 994 Enterprise-Osteen Road, Enterprise, FL  32725

Wednesday, March 13th

10:30am until 12:30pm.

Learn Florida history of the area in a fun and adventurous hunt through this beautiful park based on letterboxing. Farming, industry, river travel and a vacation destination is part of the history of this area.  Target ages 7-14. Reading and following a map are required. All ages are welcome but anyone participating 6 years and under must be accompanied by a parent on the hunt. We will also take a guided hike through the paths to learn about the flora and fauna of this area.

Purchase one ticket for each participating child.

In the order notes PLEASE GIVE YOUR EMAIL, CELL PHONE, NAMES AND AGES OF PARTICIPATING CHILDREN. We will communicate several times prior to the event with information and details.

Park has a playground, picnic area and restroom facilities for parents and non-participating children to occupy the time during the class.

RSVP closes one week prior to class. Refunds for cancellation will not be given AFTER the RSVP cut off date of MARCH 6. We strive to prepare in advance for purchases and personalized supplies for each class and we limit class size.

A liability and photography waiver must be signed by a parent on the day of the event for children to be able to participate.

Please arrive on time. We will begin the class promptly at 10:30 am. This class is an active event throughout the park.

What to bring:

  • Wear closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing for outdoors.
  • bring water, snacks and bug repellent.

Picnic facilities available for lunch.
